From the moment I arrived, the warm and professional staff made me feel welcome and well-cared-for. Location: The hotel is conveniently located near key attractions and shopping areas, making it easy to explore Johor Bahru. Whether you're in town for business or leisure, the location is ideal. Room: My room was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed with modern decor. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after a long day of exploring the city. I particularly appreciated the thoughtful amenities provided, including the well-stocked minibar and high-quality toiletries. Dining: The dining options at Renaissance JB are impressive. I had the chance to try breakfast at Café BLD, and the variety of dishes was fantastic. The buffet spread included both local and international cuisine, with something to suit every palate. The chefs clearly put a lot of effort into ensuring each dish was delicious and beautifully presented. Facilities: The hotel's facilities are top-notch. The fitness center is well-equipped, and the swimming pool offers a relaxing escape with a great view of the city. The spa services are also worth mentioning – I enjoyed a wonderful massage that left me feeling rejuvenated. Service: What truly sets Renaissance Johor Bahru apart is the exceptional service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. They were always available to assist with any requests and provided valuable recommendations for things to do in the area. While there was some hiccup during the check in due to crowded, it was eventually resolved as the desk manager gave a complimentary room upgrade. Service recovery was good but however it would be good to relook at the room check in process and to priortise family with young baby as it is also challenging to wait for the rooms in the lobby for 3 hours ( and also after the check in time of 3pm). Overall a good stay
